Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Good communication skills and competence with written and verbal English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Functional expert in logistics
- 110% work ethic
- Reliable and accurate
Nice to have:
- Dutch, French or Portuguese in speaking and writing
- Experience in the railway industry
- Web API’s
What you will be doing
- Contribute to overall client satisfaction
- Ensuring a high customer response rate
- Prioritize and coordinate incoming support tickets.
- Ensure response within SLA’s
- Understanding transport related operational processes
- Answer functional questions from customers
